We offer a full 7 day refund policy for the purchase price of any bear unless layaway service used then there is a non-refundable 20% deposit. Postage costs are payable by all our customers.
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all layaway bears. All bears remain the property of Old Bears 4U until all payments have been received and cleared within the agreed time.
